This 60 yard stunning petticoat is triple layer in design. Its unique construction makes it resilient and even flowing. The outer layer is all American crystal fabric. The in between layer is nylon net with a bottom crystal ruffle. The inner layer is nylon organza with a bottom ruffle of crystal. Thus, the petticoat's appearance is one of all crystal.
